
I was 260 lbs. Then everything changed.
As a teenager I weighed 260 pounds. I struggled with my confidence, my relationship with food, and the feeling that I was stuck. I had to figure it all out the hard way — alone.
Over time I lost more than 100 pounds and completely rebuilt my lifestyle. Today I'm a NASM-CPT, a former Division 1 athlete, and I compete in marathons and triathlons. The same principles that transformed me are the foundation of how I coach you.
My approach is built on simplicity, structure, and accountability — because lasting change isn't about a quick fix. It's about becoming a different person.
